Our friends, Michael & Andy stopped by today to bid us adieu. They're moving cross country to open a bookstore in the booming metropolis of Horse Cave - previously known to Barb and me as "Horse's Patoot" -Kentucky. We often judge people by how much fun we have with them at mealtime.
Since Michael is an extremely accomplished chef and Andy is a superb sous chef, we think quite highly of them. Add to this Michael's ability as a Bookman and his impeccable taste, plus Andy's talent as a book restorer, and we must conclude that Horse Cave's gain is most certainly Las Vegas's loss. we encourage you all to visit vicariously their new venture: Two-Bears-and-a-Dog-Books In Horse Cave, Kentucky
